Blue Waters

Kaitlyn Hand

This abstract of graphite and pastel shows flamingos standing in the beautiful blue water. The unrealistic clean water is symbolic of what Earth’s rivers, ponds, and oceans once was like. Pollution has riddled our water and aquatic ecosystems with disease and toxic waste. Having blue waters is what we should strive for through environmental conservation.
